"Instead of just stating the reason of denial for coverage, she told me someone would be in touch. That never happened which is unprofessional and lying because you knew all along 😊. Received a letter in the mail instead, so glad Allstate insurance is working with me to appeal this denial because I do not live with the household member that I was denied for and my record is almost spotless but had she confronted me about it maybe things could have gone differently."

"Very rude, gives invalid information definitely not knowledgeable and very unprofessional. Will not be going through with this company if this is the people picked to represent it. Very disappointed."

"trying to refinance a rental property and lenders were sticklers about the COI and were requesting numerous revisions. Teanice and her team were accommodating and pleasant throughout. Great Job"

"Con artists. Quoted me for $527 a month full coverage. I switched companies because of this quote - after first payment, they doubled my premium. Condescending Con artists. Be CAREFUL. - update Teanice was condescendingly smug and arrogant when she told me that my premium wouldn’t be reduced no matter who I spoke to and tried to force me to cancel my policy over the phone so I would have a lapse on my insurance. After discussing it with the right people, my premium was indeed dropped. Don’t let her trick you. I’d warn everyone to stay clear of her."

"Mr. Cardona, as we discussed, the insurance quote provided represented an estimated cost of the policy application, based on the information you gave to us, and the coverage you selected. And while it is our goal to provide the most accurate quote at the time of the application, there are times when during the underwriting process, additional information warrants that the application be approved at a higher or lower premium. If you'd like to discuss the matter further, give us a call. ------------------------ We're glad State Farm was able to find the issue and resolve it for you. And while, we were able to confirm that the discrepancy did not generate in my office, I can certainly understand your frustration. State Farm values you as a customer. "I have had a bad experience dealing with Teanice and her insurance company after being a loyal customer the ast 5 years I would not recommend them or her to anyone that I love or care about. My experience with her very recently has been nothing short of unprofessional and unethical. I regret that I remained a loyal customer for so long. I will be leaving her office immediately."
